So, what’s the point of all this effort we went through to create a Class Webpage?
  • Establishing a Class Website will allow you to share announcements and classroom projects with parents and with the broader Kings Canyon Unified School District community.

  • Student's can (within apprioriate guidelines, of course) "publish" their writing and art projects on the web. Often, knowing that they are publishing to a world-wide audience is a powerful incentive that drives student achievment.

  • You can create topic specific webpages that can be used to guide your students through online explorations of appropriate educational resources.

  • Web-based curriculum is, without a doubt, the cutting-edge of educational technology. The non-linear presentation format of the web is ideally suited to the learning styles of the students coming into our classrooms. Familiarity with web technology will definitely give our students an advantage as they move from our classrooms into the workplace.

If you were working with a Kings Canyon Unified School District Tech Mentor, send your logsheet to them for processing.
