The University processes grades on a daily basis and you can expect to receive your official grade report within 5-10 working days after I have submitted the grade.

If that is not quick enough to meet a looming deadline, it is possible to request a rush transcript as soon as the grade has been entered into the University computer system.

If you are considering requesting a rush transcript, it is always a good idea to call the office at 1-800-372-5505 to confirm that your grade has been entered into the computer system before contacting the registrar's office.

University privacy policies do not permit instructors to issue "verification of course completion" letters to your school district. You will need to contact the Center for Professional Development office directly if you need that service. You can call the office at 1-800-372-5505.
